My journey started in june, but I was at my highest weight and baddest shape in april. I was sick and depressed, and wasn’t able to climb short stairs without losing my breath. It was horrible.
In june I decided I was done being sick and out of shape. I contacted a PT and I never looked back. I’m feeling better than ever!
About 20 lbs is GONE, it’s not a huge amount, but a great start. In addition I GAINED 2-4 lbs of muscle. Counting calories and 4 work-outs a week is what worked for me. I eat clean, lots of protein and veggies, and I do cardio and strength. And of course I eat candy in the weekends ;)
I’m not done yet, I still want to lose a bit more fat of my thighs and butt, and of course I want to gain even more muscle. And I want to become stronger and stronger.
This was done in less than six months, imagine where I’ll be in another six months!
